Dr. Mhatre had initially joined Clinic of Dr.(Mrs.) P.D.Agrawal, (Ex-Prof.&Head, Department of Endodontics, J.G.Dental College) to learn Endodontic Procedures.

           Later after returning to Mumbai,

He has taken training under Dr. Stephen Cohen for Single sitting RCT & other advanced Endodontic Procedures like Warm Compaction of GP, SAF files Modern irrigation systems, devises & Protocols.

Dr.Mhatre has delivered many lectures emphasizing on Single sitting RCT, Warm Compaction and advanced irrigation Systems in IDA (Indian Dental Association.)

He always motivates General Practitioners to practice Quality endodontic practice.
